Our concrete products are hand poured and made to order. After you place an order, we begin the process of creating your unique pieces.

This process usually takes 2 - 7 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-11 business days. Please note that these shipping times are estimates only and may vary.

If your order is required before a specific date, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.

We offer $15 standard flat rate shipping Australia Wide.

Due to the handmade and customised nature of our items, we only accept returns on faulty or damaged products.

We are unable to accept returns or exchange requests due to change of mind so please choose carefully.

Please note: imperfections such as bubbles, variations in colour, design, and size are a part of each products unique characteristics and not considered faulty or damaged.

Please inspect your items upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or the incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we carefully inspect your order prior to shipping.

If for any reason the product you received is faulty or damaged we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund.

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If the product is no longer in stock we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.
